Servicenow Solution Architect

Purpose of the role: ServiceNow Solution / Platform Architect (Data Architecture and CSDM) We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution / Platform Architect to lead a strategic data architecture engagement within one of the UK's most high-profile public sector organisations. This role is focused on transforming the ServiceNow platform into a trusted enterprise service management capability by establishing a robust data architecture, strengthening CMDB and CSDM maturity, and enabling future platform capabilities including AI, automation, Identity and Access Management, IT Asset Management and Enterprise Service Management.

Experience Required Essential: Significant experience delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow architecture Proven CMDB transformation and implementation experience Proven CSDM transformation and implementation experience Experience designing ServiceNow data architecture Experience leading consultations on ServiceNow platforms Public sector or highly regulated industry experience Excellent stakeholder management skills Experience developing governance frameworks ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect
