Registered Manager – Complex Care Services Location: Weston-super-Mare (office based) with travel throughout the UK (business mileage paid) Hours: Permanent, Full-Time (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday with participation in the management on-call rota. Occasional overnight stays required. About CTCM CTCM is a family-run, nurse-led organisation specialising in Complex Care, Case Management, Clinical Consultancy and Expert Witness Services. We provide directly employed care packages through our CQC regulated service alongside specialist Case Management for adults and children with complex neurological conditions, acquired brain injuries, spinal injuries and other life-changing disabilities. Working closely with clients, families, solicitors, deputies, commissioners and multidisciplinary teams, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional, person-centred care across the UK. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Registered Manager who shares our values and wants to become part of our long-term vision. Initially, you will work alongside the Director, who currently holds the CQC registration, gaining a full understanding of our service, systems and values.
