SHE Manager - Major Hazards & Compliance Leader

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting an experienced Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) Manager for a permanent role at Swansea's Mond Nickel Refinery. You'll join the leadership team reporting to the UK Head of Operations and shape SHE strategy across a major hazard site.

You will drive compliance with COMAH, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001, lead a high‑performing team, and partner with regulators and emergency services to deliver continuous safety and environmental improvements.
