SHE Operations Director: Zero-Harm Leader

SGN is seeking a Director of SHE Operations to provide strategic leadership and governance across our corporate functions. You will report to the Chief Safety Officer and drive Zero Harm through capability development, risk governance and assurance across SGN.

You will bridge safety leadership with business units, oversee enterprise risk management and be a key advisor to executives and the board on risk, governance and resilience. Regular travel to our offices will be required.
