If you have experience working with sheet metal and take pride in producing quality work to exacting standards, we'd like to hear from you. The Role As a Sheet Metal Worker, you will be responsible for manufacturing and assembling precision sheet metal components, ensuring all work is completed accurately and to a high standard. Your duties will include: Manufacturing and fabricating sheet metal components from engineering drawings. Cutting, folding, forming and assembling sheet metal parts. Operating a range of sheet metal machinery and hand tools. Carrying out drilling, tapping, countersinking and other finishing operations where required. Checking components against drawings and quality standards. Working with a variety of materials including stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel. Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment. Working closely with production and quality teams to meet manufacturing deadlines. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who has: Previous experience working as a Sheet Metal Worker within an engineering or manufacturing environment. The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Experience using sheet metal machinery and associated hand tools. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. A reliable and flexible attitude towards work. What's on Offer £14.50 per hour
