The Role
As SHEQ Advisor you will lead initiatives to manage and improve safety performance across multiple sites. Your responsibilities include conducting safety audits, managing risk assessments, developing SHEQ strategies, and ensuring statutory compliance. You will promote a positive safety culture, influence stakeholders, and support continuous improvement efforts through detailed reporting and proactive interventions.

The Role
As SHEQ Advisor you will lead initiatives to manage and improve safety performance across multiple sites. Your responsibilities include conducting safety audits, managing risk assessments, developing SHEQ strategies, and ensuring statutory compliance. You will promote a positive safety culture, influence stakeholders, and support continuous improvement efforts through detailed reporting and proactive interventions.
You will have the following qualifications & experience:
- Proven NEBOSH General Certificate, NEBOSH Environmental Certificate, or IEMA Associate Certificate.
- Extensive site experience in LV/HV electrical, manufacturing, engineering, or utilities environments.
- Demonstrated ability to influence safety behaviour and communication skills to engage diverse teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing capabilities.
- Proficiency in safety legislation, audits, and ISO standards (9001/14001/45001).
- Willingness to travel and work across multiple sites as required.
