SHEQ Advisor Location: Eastleigh, Hampshire Salary: Up to £40k depending on candidate experience (+ company car/van) Type: Permanent, Full-Time, Hybrid Hours: 45hr week, 7.30am – 5.30pm (3 days onsite, 2 wfh) Project Partners are now recruiting for a SHEQ Advisor to come and join an established team in Eastleigh, Hampshire. Purpose of role: The SHEQ Advisor will be responsible for providing support and advice on all aspects of Safety, Health, Environment and Quality, meeting legal, regulatory and company standards and helping deliver a culture of continual improvement. SHEQ Advisors are responsible for providing assurance on site and supporting the SHEQ Lead to deliver SHEQ objectives for the business. Responsibilities: * Produce reports on work/projects/activities carried out. * Keep up to date with new legislation and maintain a working knowledge of legislation and any developments that affect the industry. * Act as a role model at all times in support of the company’s vision, priorities and values. * Deliver learning bulletins, toolbox talks and safety alerts about SHEQ issues. * Carry out D&A testing as required (training provided). * Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with procedures, laws and guidance. * Support incident investigations, analysing root causes, and support...
