A well-established and growing manufacturing business is seeking a Graduate SHEQ Coordinator to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone at the beginning of their SHEQ career to gain hands-on experience supporting health, safety, environmental, and quality systems within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. 

Fulltime | 39 hours per week | 07:00 15.45 Monday – Thursday and 07:00 – 13:00 Friday.

Key Responsibilties

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) systems.
  • Promote a positive health and safety culture throughout the business.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, reporting, and maintaining SHEQ records.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of SHEQ policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate audits, inspections, and compliance activities.
  • Maintain quality management documentation and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
  • Produce SHEQ reports and analyse data for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate training, meetings, and external assessments.
  • Manage PPE records and support the administration of SHEQ management systems.

What we're looking for: 

  • A recent graduate or someone looking to develop a career in Health & Safety, Environmental Management, Quality, or a related discipline.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Good communication and IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop.
  • Previous experience within a manufacturing environment would be beneficial but is not essential.
