Shift Fitter Location: Stanford-le-Hope, Essex Salary: £53,000 Shift: 4 on 4 off days and nights Job Role We are currently recruiting for a Shift Fitter to join a well-established and growing manufacturing business based in Stanford-le-Hope. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Shift Fitter looking to join a stable company offering a Monday to Friday days-based role, excellent training opportunities, and long-term career progression. The Shift Fitter will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive mechanical maintenance across a range of production and site equipment. You will work closely with the engineering team to ensure machinery reliability, minimise downtime, and support continuous improvement projects across the site.
