Job Summary Our client is looking for an experienced Shift Lead Engineer to join their team at a high-end commercial site in Liverpool Street, London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to take ownership of a high-profile site and play a key role in delivering first-class engineering and maintenance services. You will be responsible for managing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and site requirements, and maintaining high standards across the site.
Key Responsibilities Manage all PPM and reactive maintenance activities across the site. Ensure full compliance with relevant legislation and site requirements. Manage SLA performance and ensure all contractual obligations are met. Maintain accurate engineering documentation and paperwork. Coordinate contractors and specialist engineers where required.
Requirements Previous experience in a Shift Lead Engineer, Lead Engineer, or Supervisory position. City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Strong understanding of PPM, reactive maintenance, compliance, and SLA requirements. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational skills and the ability to take ownership of site operations. Right to work in the UK
