Shift Lead: Lead a Customer‑Focused Team (Flexible Hours)

B&Q Newry is seeking a Shift Lead to join their store in Newry, County Down. The role covers a wide shift window from 6:00am to 10:00pm, with Full Time or Part Time options, and a permanent contract. This position involves supporting store operations and leading a team to deliver excellent service to customers.

As a keyholder, you’ll help manage daily activities, cover shifts, and ensure store standards are maintained while contributing to a positive, customer-facing environment.
