Shift Manager: Inspire Teams & Delight Customers

Greggs is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a busy shop, ensuring excellent customer service across in-store, delivery, and click & collect channels. You’ll manage the shop in the manager’s absence, motivate the team, and ensure resources are in place to deliver great results.

The role involves preparing products (sandwiches, ovens), maintaining displays, and delivering a clean, welcoming environment. Previous supervisory experience in a customer-focused setting is preferred.
