Shift Manager: Lead Store & Earn £2/hr Premium

Iceland Foods in Merthyr Tydfil is seeking a committed Shift Manager to support the store leadership team and drive great availability for customers. You will start as a Retail Assistant but receive a £2 supplement for every hour you shift manage the store.

You will lead a team on shift, deliver actions from your line manager, and help create an inclusive culture. The role combines customer service with people development and clear career pathways.
