You’ll have full accountability for delivering safe, efficient and high-quality production, ensuring products are delivered on time and within agreed financial targets.Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, motivating and developing teams through strong, visible leadership and effective communication
• Delivering production plans in full by optimising people, materials and equipment
• Driving a culture of continuous improvement using lean tools and methodologies
• Ensuring full compliance with GMP, quality standards, site hygiene and audit requirements
• Owning departmental performance across productivity, quality, cost control and inventory accuracy
• Championing health & safety, leading investigations and ensuring corrective actions are embedded
