Shift Manager: People Leader for Customer Delight

Greggs is seeking a Shift Manager to lead our store team and ensure every customer experiences a top-quality visit. You will step in when the Manager isn’t available, motivate staff, and ensure the shop runs smoothly across in-store, delivery, Click+Collect, and drive-thru channels.

You will be responsible for inspiring the team, serving customers in a fast, friendly manner, and maintaining shop standards from stocking to cleanliness.
