Responsibilities

• Teaming up with the Assistant Manager to boost store performance with feedback and guidance.


• Motivating and leading your shift team, creating a positive and high-energy work environment.


• Leading by example to deliver exceptional customer experiences.


• Ensuring top-notch food safety standards and accuracy of orders.


• Upholding Health and Safety regulations throughout the store.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills to engage with team members and customers effectively.


• The ability to stay calm and composed under pressure, leading by example.


• A knack for recognizing and rewarding staff efforts and achievements.


• Previous experience in delivering outstanding customer service.
