Shift Supervisor & Customer Experience Leader

Greggs is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the shop when the Store Manager is away and to motivate the team to deliver a brilliant customer experience. You will oversee in-store, delivery, Click + Collect and drive-thru channels, ensuring the shop runs smoothly and customers receive excellent service.
