Ships Agent

P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently seeking a Ships Agent to join their team based in Great Yarmouth on a full time, permanent basis. Main Responsibilities: * Build effective working relationships with Clients, ensuring that they always receive the highest quality of service delivery and support. * Action operational requests from Vessels/Vessel Owners/Vessel Charterer. * Sourcing/Procurement of equipment and supplies. * Inputting, retrieving and reporting of data using computerised systems, ensuring accuracy and appropriate presentation style. * Maintain up to date knowledge of Risk Assessments/Method Statements and undertake review of same ensuring compliance with legislation/company rules. * Work closely with companies Safety Advisors during any incident investigation or safety initiative to effect timeous and positive results. * Driving duties which may include the company minibuses or flatbed trucks, to safely transport ships personnel/belongings and equipment.
