Immediate We are currently recruiting for an experienced
Shot Blaster
to join a busy structural steel warehouse based on Medway City Estate, Rochester. Key Responsibilities: Shot blasting structural steel to remove rust, scale, and surface contaminants. Operating shot blasting equipment and a fire hose to clean steel components. Preparing metal structures to a high-quality finish. Working safely within a busy warehouse environment. Maintaining excellent attention to detail and quality standards. Carrying out manual handling duties as required. Taking accurate measurements and using good numeracy skills. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years' shot blasting experience. Previous experience working with structural steel or metal. Good attention to detail. Strong numeracy skills for measurements. Physically fit and able to undertake manual work. Reliable with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Working Hours: Monday to Friday 2:00pm – 10:00pm (Choose the shift that best suits you.)
