Showroom Assistant

Showroom Assistant (Saturday Position) Attleborough | Saturdays Only Join Norwich Sunblinds and become part of a trusted local business helping customers transform their homes. We're looking for a reliable and friendly Saturday Showroom & Cleaning Assistant to help keep our Norwich showroom clean, tidy and welcoming for customers. This role is primarily focused on maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the showroom and communal areas, while also providing occasional customer service and administrative support when required. What You'll Be Doing Cleaning and maintaining the showroom, offices, kitchen and communal areas Ensuring displays and customer areas are presented to a high standard Supporting the overall appearance and cleanliness of the showroom throughout the day Greeting customers and creating a welcoming environment Answering telephone calls and taking messages when required Assisting with basic administrative tasks Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the showroom Helping with customer enquiries and directing them to the appropriate team members What We're Looking For Someone who takes pride in keeping environments clean and organised A friendly and professional approach to customer service Good communication skills Reliable, punctual and able to work independently Basic administration and telephone skills would be advantageous What We're Looking For Excellent communication and customer service skills A friendly, professional and positive attitude Good organisational and administrative skills Confidence using Microsoft Office and email systems Ability to work independently and use initiative Reliable and punctual with a flexible approach to tasks Why Join Us?
