Showroom Sales

The Role
Our client is looking for a confident, commercially minded Showroom Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of one of their retail showrooms. You will drive sales performance, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and manage the showroom team to achieve targets while upholding high standards of service and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and develop the showroom sales team to maximise performance and deliver excellent customer service
Drive sales results through effective team coaching, floor presence, and personal selling when required
Ensure the showroom is presented to a consistently high standard, including product displays, stock accuracy, and overall customer experience
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance against targets and take proactive action to close gaps
Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and complex sales situations with professionalism and commercial awareness
Maintain high standards of operational compliance, including health & safety, cash handling, and company procedures

The Ideal Candidate:
You will be an experienced people manager or high-performing sales professional ready to step into management.
Retail or showroom experience is highly desirable.

Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
A proactive, results-oriented approach with high attention to detail
Reliability, commercial awareness, and a professional attitude
Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and developing others
