HGV Class 1 Shunter Drivers – Days, Afternoons & Nights📍 Derbyshire 💷 £16.38 – £18.75 per hour 📅 Monday to Friday ⏰ 8-hour shiftsPertemps are recruiting 3 x HGV Class 1 Shunter Drivers to join a busy logistics operation in Derbyshire.We have three positions available, offering consistent Monday to Friday work across day, afternoon and night shifts.Available Shifts & Pay🚛 Day Shunter Monday to Friday 5:00am – 1:00pm £16.38 per hour🚛 Afternoon Shunter Monday to Friday 1:00pm – 9:00pm £16.38 per hour🚛 Night Shunter Monday to Friday 9:00pm – 5:00am £18.75 per hourThe Role Safely shunting trailers around the yard Moving trailers between loading bays and parking areas Carrying out daily vehicle checks Ensuring all trailer movements are completed safely and efficiently Working closely with the transport and warehouse teams Following all site health & safety procedures Maintaining high standards of safety at all timesRequirements Valid HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) licence Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card Previous Class 1 driving or shunting experience is desirable Good understanding of transport legislation and health & safety Reliable with excellent timekeeping Comfortable working in a busy yard environmentBenefits Competitive hourly rates Monday to Friday working Consistent 8-hour shifts Choice of day, afternoon or night shift Weekly pay Free on-site parking Long-term opportunity with a well-established logistics operationIf you're an experienced Class 1 Shunter Driver looking for your next opportunity in Derbyshire, apply today or contact Pertemps Leicester Driving for more information
