Site Administrator

SDUK's brands include the Nations favourite cheese brand Cathedral City plus other well-known butter & spreads (Clover, Country Life, Vitalite, Utterly Butterly), functional ingredients and dairy free products. This role sits within the Saputo Dairy UK flagship site where we primarily focus on the production of our multi award-winning cheddars. As the Site Administrator you will be responsible for all organisational, secretarial, and administrative support to the Site Director and her wider Plant Leadership Team (PLT). Supporting the Site Director, who holds overall responsibility for the success of the plant, youll play a key role in ensuring the PLT have the information required to make informed decisions during leadership meetings. You will act as the first point of contact for internal and external visitors in a high footfall reception, ensuring a smooth running of operations for all visitors both in person and through the switchboard have a high quality welcome and are well engaged maintaining a professional manner with people from a range of different levels of seniority.
