Site Construction Lead: Building Safer, On‑Time Homes

Taylor Wimpey is recruiting for a Site Management role to ensure delivery of customer homes on time, within cost, and to high safety standards. You will act as the designated individual principal contractor under Building Safety Act and lead pre-planning, health and safety implementation, and progress reporting on site.

The role requires detailed building experience, NVQ L6 in site management, CSCS Site Management card, and First Aid qualification.
