Reporting to the CEO, Harry Swan, who is the fourth generation of this highly successful family business, the appointee will be fully accountable for all aspects of the operations budget, employees and assets encompassing Production, Warehouse, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering and QHSE at the Consett site.
