Electrical Site Supervisor Industry: HV Transmission & Distribution Scope of Work: An exciting opportunity for an Electrical Site Supervisor to lead and optimise performance through the effective management of projects from allocation by the Commercial team to completion. Turner Lovell is recruiting for a Electrical Site Supervisor to join a Contracting business that's growing considerably through their delivery of major transmission and distribution projects in the Central Belt of Scotland. Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the standards, policies and procedures of the business and its customers Manage multiple and/or major projects safely, competently, and effectively to time and budget. Ensure project meets all current legislation HASAWA, NRSWA C.Undertake inspections daily / weekly inline with the company processes, report all findings to QSHE department Actively monitor teams within your line management responsibility. Ensure Point of Work Risk Assessments are carried out at daily Background in Electrical Design, Primary Design, Protection & Control or a related power engineering discipline. Experience leading or coordinating design delivery across multiple concurrent projects. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
