Site Engineer

Site Engineer Needham Market Up to £46,000 base, Call-Out Overtime up to £3k KPI bonus We are currently recruiting for a Site Engineer to join a leading renewable energy company, supporting operations on a large industrial site near Needham Market. The RoleAs a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance, operation and performance of industrial plant systems. Key Responsibilities• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance as a Site Engineer on industrial boiler systems • Maintain and repair mechanical components including pumps, valves, pipework, steam and hydraulic systems • Monitor plant performance and input operational data into control systems • Respond to breakdowns and participate in an on-call rota • Support fuel handling and site operations • Ensure all maintenance, inspection and compliance records are accurately completed Requirements• Qualified Mechanical Site Engineer (NVQ Level 3 / C&G / HNC or equivalent) • Background in industrial environments such as manufacturing, energy, facilities, or process plant • Experience working on plant/site maintenance • Willingness to work on-call as part of a rota Package & Benefits• Up to £46,000 • On-call allowance: £165 per week (approx. £2,800 annually) • Overtime rates: o 1.5x (Saturday) o 2x (Sunday) • Minimum 4 hours paid per call-out Working Pattern• Week 1: Monday–Sunday (on-call week) • Week 2: Wednesday–Friday • Week 3: Monday–Friday To apply for the Site Engineer position, contact Todd McGreevy, (url removed), (phone number removed) INDMAN Due to the volume of applications we receive, unfortunately we are not able to respond to every application individually.
