Site Engineer

Site Engineer – Peterborough | 3-4 Months | Freelance We are recruiting for an experienced Site Engineer to join a leading civil engineering contractor on a residential infrastructure project in Peterborough. This is a 3-4 month freelance assignment, focusing on the completion of Section 278 works, kerbing, and associated highways infrastructure. The Role: * Setting out for kerbs, footways and highways works * Delivering Section 278 works to programme and specification * QA, As-Builts and site records * Liaising with the Site Manager and subcontractors * Ensuring works are completed safely and accurately Requirements: * Proven experience as a Site Engineer on highways, civils or residential infrastructure projects * Strong knowledge of Section 278 works and kerbing * Competent using GPS and Total Station equipment * CSCS Card * Full UK Driving Licence What's on Offer: * 3-4 months' work * Immediate start available * Competitive day rate * Opportunity to work with one of the UK's leading civil engineering contractors If you're an experienced Site Engineer available for your next freelance assignment, we'd like to hear from you.
