The Opportunity
A leading Tier One Main Contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Freelance Site Engineer to join the delivery team on a major high-rise development in Canary Wharf.
Working on one of London's flagship residential developments, you'll play a key role in delivering the faade and internal fit-out packages to the highest standards. This is an excellent opportunity to join a long-term project with a contractor renowned for delivering complex, large-scale developments using innovative construction methods and modern building techniques.
Responsibilities
- Setting out and surveying for faade installation works.
- Managing setting out and quality control for internal fit-out packages, including kitchens, bathrooms and associated finishes.
- Ensuring all works are delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications and programme.
- Carrying out quality assurance inspections and maintaining accurate QA records.
- Coordinating subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely and efficiently.
- Producing and maintaining as-built records.
- Resolving technical queries alongside the site management and design teams.
