Site Manager

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a leading Main Contractor, working across MOJ refurbishment and extension projects in South London, South West London and Surrey. This is a visiting Site Manager role, overseeing multiple sites and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage and monitor site teams and subcontractors across multiple projects. Ensure works are delivered to programme, H&S and QA requirements. Monitor progress and provide regular updates to clients and project teams. Oversee refurbishment and extension works on projects up to £3m. Travel to sites across London, Surrey and potentially nationally as required.Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction refurbishment and build projects. Experience managing projects up to £3m. Current EL1 (Enhanced Level 1), SC or DV security clearance - is required. Recently expired security clearance can also be accepted. SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid. Strong communication, organisational and client-facing skills. Flexible and willing to travel nationally when required.Package: Fully paid travel expenses Long-term / temp to perm opportunity with a reputable Main Contractor
