The Role: We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to support the delivery of a kitchen refurbishment contract across Shropshire and the surrounding areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing works across multiple sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, to a high standard of quality and within the required programme. This is a hands-on site management role requiring someone who is confident coordinating subcontractors, managing day-to-day site activities and maintaining excellent standards of customer care. Key Responsibilities * Manage and oversee kitchen refurbishment works across multiple sites. * Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site-based teams. * Ensure works are delivered in line with programme, specification and quality requirements. * Maintain high standards of health, safety and environmental compliance across all sites. * Carry out regular site inspections and monitor workmanship and progress. * Manage site activities, resources and sequencing to minimise disruption and delays. * Identify and resolve site issues promptly and effectively. * Liaise with clients, customers, subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery. * Maintain accurate site records, reports and relevant project documentation. * Ensure sites are kept safe, clean and well organised throughout the works. * Provide regular updates on progress, risks, issues and completion. * Support the successful handover and completion of works to the required standard. About You We are looking for an experienced Site Manager with a proven track record of managing refurbishment or construction projects, ideally with experience in kitchen refurbishment or similar residential works. You will be: * Experienced in managing multiple sites and subcontractors. * Confident dealing with customers, clients and project stakeholders. * Strong on health and safety, quality and compliance. * Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities. * A strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills. * Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of site delivery. * Professional and customer-focused, with a commitment to achieving high standards
