Site Manager

Working on behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Site Manager on a contract basis for a renovation works project of a commercial building. Key Duties Managing day-to-day site operations Supporting the team with small works Ensuring health & safety standards are met at all times Coordinating subcontractors and site labour Maintaining project timelines and quality standards What we are looking for in the successful candidate: Proven experience as a Site Manager on construction or refurbishment projects. Trade background as you will be required to support the team with small works Valid SMSTS CSCS Card Gold or Above First Aid Own Tools and PPE Driving License What Our Client Offers £300 per day Working hours: 8:00am 4:30pm Minimum 4 weeks worth of work TPBN1_UKTJ
