Site Manager Safe to say the market has definitely picked up in 2026 and it has led me to recruit for a Site Manager for an large I&L project based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. The interview process will be next week with a start week commencing the beginning of September. About the role: The project started around mid April and only early works has been done so far, we need someone to take the project from external works through to the fit out. It consists of x4 new build steel framed warehouses worth around £55m all in. The project requires a commercial fit out as well as the new build steel frame. Packages also include piling, groundworks, steel frame, cladding, roofing and window installation. Responsibilities: Responsibility for ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality and safety standards Key liaison with Client, ensuring Client is regularly updated Regular progress reporting to the on site Senior Project Manager Effective management and co-ordination of subcontractors and ensure all personnel on site conduct their duties to the highest standards.
