The Opportunity
We are working with an established interiors contractor who are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 7-week project in Bath.
The project involves a commercial office fit-out and roof replacement works.
We are looking for a confident Site Manager with strong fit-out experience who can take ownership of the site and ensure the works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.
Commercial office experience is desirable, but fit-out experience from any sector will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day running of the site Coordinate subcontractors, trades and deliveries Manage fit-out and roofing works Ensure works are delivered safely and to programme Monitor quality and workmanship Manage RAMS, permits and site documentation Liaise with subcontractors and the wider project team Attend site meetings and provide progress updates Identify and resolve any issues on site Maintain high standards of health & safety Requirements
Previous experience as a Site Manager Strong fit-out experience Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades Good understanding of health & safety requirements Able to work independently and take ownership of the site Strong communication and organisational skills SMSTS CSCS First Aid
