Site Manager – Modular Build Bracknell, Berkshire Freelance Contract | £325 - £350 per day Build Space is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a leading project team delivering a major modular build scheme in Bracknell, berkshire This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a fast-paced project where precision, planning and safety are paramount. You'll be leading site operations on a technically challenging programme, coordinating multiple trades and ensuring works are completed on time and to the highest standards. If you're a proactive Site Manager with a strong track record of delivering complex construction projects, this is an excellent contract to add to your portfolio. The Role As Site Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day running of the site, managing subcontractors, coordinating works and ensuring programme milestones are achieved. You'll drive quality, maintain exceptional health & safety standards and work closely with the wider project team to ensure successful project delivery. We're Looking For Proven experience as a Site Manager working for a Main Contractor. Modular build experience would be a distinct advantage. Strong fit out experience. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
