Site Manager

Traditional Build Site Manager - Blackburn Fawkes & Reece are working with a well-established housebuilder to recruit an experienced Site Manager to take responsibility for the delivery of a 115-unit traditional build residential development in Blackburn. You will play a key role within the project, taking responsibility for the day-to-day management and overall delivery of the development. You will be responsible for ensuring plots progress safely, efficiently and in line with the agreed programme, quality standards and company specification. Previous experience delivering traditional-build housing is essential and non-negotiable for this role. You must have a strong understanding of traditional housebuilding methods, construction sequencing and the management of multiple plots through to completion and handover. Experience managing programmes from foundations through to handover is essential to ensure the smooth running of the development, while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Key Duties Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management and delivery of the development. Coordinate subcontractors, labour, materials and plant to ensure the site progresses in line with the agreed programme.
