Site Manager

My client are a national civil engineering contractor who are currently seeking a Site Manager to help deliver a water treatment scheme in Blackpool, with an immediate start available. This is a long-term opportunity for an experienced Site Manager with a strong water and civils background. The role will involve 12-hour shifts, and candidates must be comfortable working weekends. Site Manager Responsibilities: * Toolbox talks * Client liaison * Stakeholder liaison * Health and safety compliance * Ordering materials * Managing day-to-day site operations * Supervising subcontractors and site teams * Overseeing works on the water treatment site * Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification * Managing RAMS, permits and site documentation * Overseeing quality control, inspections and site records * Reporting progress to the Project Manager Site Manager Requirements: * Black or Gold CSCS * SMSTS * Previous experience managing water treatment or water infrastructure projects * Strong civil engineering background * Experience managing subcontractors and site teams * Comfortable working 12-hour shifts * Must be flexible to work weekends * Good understanding of health and safety and quality requirements * IT literate * Full UK driving licence The next steps to apply for the role!
