Site Manager - Industrial Warehouse Build We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the construction of a new-build industrial warehouse unit with a steel frame structure. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day site operations from groundworks through to completion. Coordinate subcontractors and site labour. Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards. Maintain site health & safety compliance and reporting. Liaise with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.Requirements: Proven experience managing industrial or warehouse construction projects. Strong knowledge of steel frame builds. SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certified. Excellent organisational and communication skills.
