Site Manager Bridgend Permanent salary + Benefits package An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a growing civil engineering and infrastructure contractor delivering projects across the water, utilities, infrastructure and renewable sectors. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities * Manage day-to-day site activities and site teams. * Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme. * Manage subcontractors, labour, plant and materials. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality and environmental requirements. * Read and interpret drawings, specifications and RAMS. * Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers, clients and subcontractors. * Maintain accurate site records and daily reports. * Monitor progress and identify potential issues or delays. Requirements * Previous experience as a Site Manager within civil engineering, groundworks or reinforced concrete frame. * Strong understanding of site health and safety requirements. * Experience managing site teams and subcontractors. * Good communication and organisational skills. * SMSTS and CSCS required. * Full UK Driving Licence. * Water, utilities or infrastructure experience would be highly advantageous If you are interested and want further details, please don’t hesitate to get in touch
