Site Manager (Finishing) – Dundee

We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a student accommodation project in Dundee on an immediate start.
This 2‑month contract focuses on the final stages of the project. We’re looking for someone with a strong eye for detail and proven experience managing finishing trades. A strong M&E background is essential, as you’ll be overseeing the completion and coordination of mechanical and electrical works alongside the finishing programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the finishing phase of a live student accommodation project.
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and finishing trades.
- Ensure M&E works are completed to programme and specification.
- Drive quality, snagging, and handover processes.
- Maintain health & safety standards on site.
- Liaise with the project team to ensure works are delivered on time.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on finishing projects.
- Strong M&E knowledge and experience.
- Experience working on student accommodation, residential, or similar schemes.
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates.
- Available to start ASAP.
