Site Manager – SHDF * Location: Ealing, West London * Salary: Up to £65,000 + Package * Project: L&Q - SHDF, scattered properties * Must have your own car! A well-respected planned maintenance contractor is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team on an SHDF programme for the London Borough of Ealing. The role will involve overseeing works across scattered properties throughout Ealing, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard. The Role * Manage day-to-day delivery of SHDF/planned maintenance works. * Oversee subcontractors and site operatives. * Ensure health & safety and quality standards are maintained. * Manage programmes and ensure works stay on schedule. * Carry out regular site inspections and monitor progress. * Liaise with the client, residents and wider project team. * Resolve any site issues quickly and efficiently. About You * Previous experience as a Site Manager within planned maintenance, social housing or SHDF works. * Strong knowledge of health & safety and quality control. * Experience managing scattered residential properties. * Excellent communication and organisational skills. * SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
