Site Manager - EDBS NEEDED

Site Manager - Bangor - 2 Months Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a regional, construction main contractor, who are looking for an experienced Site manager to join them for the next 2 months in a project in Bangor. The ideal candidate, will have experience working on care home projects. Key Requirements: * Valid SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid tickets. * In-date Enhanced DBS certificate * Proven experience managing similar new build construction projects. * Strong health & safety and site procedure knowledge is essential. Key Duties: * Overseeing day-to-day site operations. * Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to programme. * Maintaining high standards of H&S compliance. * Reporting into the senior operations team on project updates. * Working closely with the commercial team to ensure the project is on budget. * Coordinating works across site and conducting constant quality checks.
