Retail Fit-Out Site Manager (Nights) – Glasgow Start Date: Sept Duration: 8-Month Contract Shift: Nights (10-hour shifts) Rate: £350–£380 per shift (DOE) We are currently seeking an experienced Retail Fit-Out Site Manager to oversee night shift operations on a fast-paced project in Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and reliable professional with a strong background in retail refurbishments and fit-outs. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate all on-site activities during night shifts Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard Supervise subcontractors and trades, ensuring productivity and quality Maintain site health & safety in line with regulations Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and daily briefings Liaise with clients, suppliers, and the wider project team Keep accurate site records and reports Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager on retail fit-out projects Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage tight deadlines and work under pressure Availability to commit to a 9-month night shift contract What’s on Offer: Competitive shift rate of £350–£380 Long-term contract with a reputable project pipeline Immediate start in June If you’re an experienced Site Manager looking for your next contract role on nights, we’d like to hear from you
