Site Manager - Industrial Cladding

Site Manager – Industrial Project Location: Fareham, Hampshire Start Date: Immediate Duration: Long-term Sector: Industrial / Commercial We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join an established project team on an industrial development in Fareham. This is an immediate-start opportunity with long-term work available for the right candidate. The successful Site Manager will take responsibility for overseeing the cladding package through to completion, whilst ensuring the site is run safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee the cladding package and coordinate subcontractors on site * Manage and monitor snagging and outstanding works through to completion * Carry out site inductions and ensure all site personnel are compliant with site requirements * Maintain high standards of quality throughout the works * Monitor progress and ensure works are delivered to programme * Coordinate subcontractors, labour and site activities * Liaise with the project team, subcontractors and client representatives * Carry out regular site inspections and ensure health & safety standards are maintained * Identify and resolve issues on site efficiently * Maintain accurate site records and relevant documentation * Ensure works are completed in line with drawings, specifications and project requirements Requirements: * Previous experience working as a Site Manager * Strong experience within industrial, commercial or similar projects * Experience overseeing cladding packages is highly desirable * Strong knowledge of health & safety and quality procedures * Good organisational and communication skills * Ability to manage subcontractors and drive works forward * Relevant CSCS and Site Management qualifications * Able to start immediately What's on Offer: * Immediate start * Long-term work * Ongoing opportunity for the right candidate * Industrial project in Fareham * Opportunity to work with an established project team If you are an experienced Site Manager with the relevant industrial and cladding experience and are available for an immediate start, please apply now
