Site Manager West Yorkshire Monday to Friday Up to £85,000 My client is seeking a hands-on and strategic leader to manage the day-to-day operations of their site. Responsible for ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations, you will lead teams, optimise processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: Experience in the chemical or related industry - demonstrable experience within a COMAH/SEVESO site, with practical knowledge of chemical industry legislation is highly desirable. Knowledge of DSEAR regulations imperative, ideally experience in working within a Flammable Bulk Liquids Terminal. Experience of managing highly regulated operations with direct interaction / relationship & audit management with applicable authorities particularly the HSE & EA. Extensive knowledge of Process Safety and Process Safety Management Systems. Multi-site management experience is advantageous. Strong Leadership background with appropriate level of experience, demonstrable success in combining teams, resource planning, creation of efficiencies. Proven ability to manage budgets effectively and demonstrate strong cost-control ethics through site efficiency and personal effectiveness.
