Site Manager: Large-Scale MOD Refurbishments

Amey is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a programme of large-scale property refurbishments in Helensburgh. You will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors and ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery on a high-profile MOD project.

The role requires overseeing internal finishes, kitchens, bathrooms, M&E, joinery and external works, with strong on-site leadership and meticulous record-keeping.
