Role: Site Manager – Mechanical process 📍Location: Food Manufacturing Facility, UK 💵Rate: £325 - £350 per day, suitable for CIS or LTD + accommodation & subsistence 📅Length: 2 months 📢Confidential client assignment via G Force Recruitment G Force Recruitment is working on a confidential opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to support the final stages of a new industrial boiler installation within a food manufacturing facility. This position will suit a candidate with a strong background in industrial mechanical installation, including pipework installation, and the ability to manage site operations effectively within a live manufacturing environment. The successful individual will be responsible for ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard through to handover. The ideal candidate will be fully conversant with CDM 2015 requirements and confident in coordinating site activities, subcontractors, and resources while maintaining programme, quality, and safety standards. Key responsibilities: * Manage day-to-day site operations during the final installation phase. * Oversee completion of the industrial boiler installation and associated pipework works. * Coordinate subcontractors, operatives, and site resources effectively. * Ensure compliance with CDM 2015 and all site health and safety requirements. * Liaise with client representatives and project stakeholders to maintain progress. * Monitor quality, programme, and safety performance through to completion. Person Specification: * Proven Site Management experience within industrial or mechanical installation environments. * Strong background in boiler installation, pipework, and associated mechanical works. * Solid understanding of CDM 2015 legislation and site compliance. * Ability to lead teams and manage multiple site activities safely and professionally. * Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. * SMSTS is essential * Experience within food manufacturing or similarly regulated environments would be highly advantageous.
