to oversee a construction project based in

Start Date:
Monday 10th August Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day running of the construction site. Manage subcontractors and site operatives to ensure works are completed safely and on schedule. Ensure all work is carried out in line with health & safety regulations and company procedures. Conduct daily site briefings and maintain accurate site records. Liaise with clients, project managers and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery. Monitor quality standards and resolve any on-site issues promptly. Requirements
Valid SMSTS certificate
(essential). Previous
Site Management
experience on construction projects. Strong knowledge of site health & safety procedures. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain programme deadlines. CSCS Card and First Aid at Work are desirable. If you're an experienced Site Manager available to start on
