Description
Manage social housing refurbishment and retrofit projects across the North East.
Oversee site operations, subcontractors and direct labour teams.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.
Monitor quality standards and ensure works comply with client specifications.
Carry out regular site inspections and quality checks.
Manage material ordering and site logistics.
Build strong relationships with clients, residents and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety regulations.
Support project reporting, progress meetings and programme updates.
Drive high standards of customer satisfaction and operational performance.
Profile
Essential:
Experience within social housing refurbishment, planned maintenance or property services.
Previous experience managing site operations and subcontractors.
Strong understanding of health and safety compliance.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Full UK Driving Licence.
SMSTS.
CSCS Card.
First Aid Qualification.
