School Site Manager (Caretaker) Part-Time
Location: LS7, Leeds
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:45am - 10:45am (20 hours per week)
We are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to join a friendly Primary School in the LS7 area of Leeds.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable, hands-on individual with previous caretaking, site management, maintenance, or handyman experience who is looking for a part-time morning role.
Key Responsibilities
Opening and securing the school premises each morning
Distributing deliveries, parcels, and milk to the relevant areas of the school
Carrying out general maintenance and basic handyman duties
Ensuring the site is safe, secure, and well-maintained
Supporting and overseeing the cleaner working on site during the morning shift
Reporting any maintenance, security, or health and safety concerns
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience in a caretaker, site supervisor, maintenance, facilities, or similar role
Practical DIY and basic maintenance skills
Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently
Good communication and organisational skills
Comfortable working within a school environment
